For Students

Now, more than ever, students need to be competitive in order to thrive in an academic environment. Having someone review your work can give you the competitve edge you need to forge ahead of the class. Whether you are creating project summaries, term papers, or college application essays, errors can sour a reader's impression, taking away the image and message you worked hard to present. The intonation and the "feel" of your work is just as important and the way you express yourself can influence a reader as well. Take the time to make sure you get your work done right the first time.

Typical submissions include:

* lab write-ups
* resumes
* theses
* term papers
* application essays
* scholarship essays

Document Review

On occasion, you might have a project or document that requires a more detailed review. Often, these projects demand compliance within a standard such as GMP, GLP, or GCP. Or, you might need assistance with a literature search, online research, or help building a PowerPoint presentation. If you simply need an extra hand writing a paper, building a bibliography, or generating ideas, I'm here for you. Please send an email with a description of your project or concerns and we can work together to get the job done. For these projects, a customized project fee or hourly rate will be established.

About Assonet Review

Since 1990, I have worked for a variety of companies and organizations capturing experiences in laboratory and field sciences, customer relations, technical writing, and quality assurance. With each position I found myself drawn to literature searches and writing opportunities. In addition, I developed a keen eye for review; whether it was numerical or grammatical, I continued to love finding errors and opportunities for improvement. Like many proofreaders, errors seemed to jump off of the pages before me and I developed a reputation for rapid review. Thus, Assonet Review!
